VillageReach works with governments to solve health care delivery challenges in low-resource communities. Our programs focus on increasing access to quality health care at the last mile, or the point at which services are delivered. We develop and implement new ideas and approaches to ensure vaccines and medicines are available, increase the capacity of health workers and ensure they have access to data to improve health. Our work improves the lives of more than 20 million people in sub-Saharan Africa. VillageReach is headquartered in Seattle, WA with offices located in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Malawi and Mozambique.

Summary

Health supply chains in sub-Saharan Africa are evolving quickly to ensure vaccines, medicines, contraceptives and other products are available when and where people need them. Governments are increasing the use of data, integrating previously siloed supply chains, and testing ways to incorporate the private sector. VillageReach seeks an experienced professional to help advance advocacy and communications for its growing set of supply chain programs. This is a dynamic role requiring a candidate who can conduct analyses, develop strategies, write compelling policy and advocacy materials, and work with stakeholders at the global, regional and country level. This position reports to the Director of Advocacy and Communications.
